Limited Warranty

GREY HUB TROLLEY WHEEL (“Grey Hub”) warrants to the original purchaser only, that each new product manufactured or supplied by Grey Hub shall be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year after the date of purchase. In the event of such a defect, Grey Hub will, upon proper notice and compliance with the terms of this warranty by the purchaser, repair or replace the defective product, at its option.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT THE OPTION OF GREY HUB, IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST GREY HUB AND ITS SUPPLIER. IN NO EVENT SHALL GREY HUB OR ITS SUPPLIER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL GREY HUB OR ITS SUPPLIER BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY PECUNIARY LOSSES, NOR FOR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY GREY HUB. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSES. THERE IS NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THE LIMITED WARRANTY HEREINABOVE STATED.

To make a claim under this limited warranty, the purchaser must give prompt, written notice of the defect to Grey Hub, pay all amounts due in connection with the purchase, and return the product to Grey Hub in accordance with Grey Hub’s shipping instruction. Liability under any warranty claim shall not exceed in value the amount actually paid by the purchaser for the product.

This limited warranty shall not apply to any Grey Hub product which has been subjected to negligent or careless handling or use after leaving Grey Hub’s custody and control, or which has been repaired, modified or altered in any way which, in Grey Hub’s judgment, adversely affects the product’s performance or reliability. This limited warranty shall not apply to any Grey Hub product that has been used for any purpose for which it was not designed or intended.

The terms of this limited warranty may not be expanded or modified in any way except in a written instrument signed by an officer of Grey Hub.

“Grey Hub” and “Grey Hub Trolley Wheel” are established trade names of Versa Handling Company.
